Ruth, Bonds, Cobb, Musial, Gehrig. Aaron, Hornsby, Mays, Mantle, Williams

Not in any order but that'd prob be my top 10. With guys like Speaker, H. Wagner, Foxx, etc right behind. I don't know where you put Cabrera.

Gwynn is easily in my top 10.  All of your guys are great.  Don't know who I'd drop.

I would love to know who makes these decisions about rain delays. Has to be a complete and utter moron. Who is blind, deaf and dumb.

What idiot started it? Seriously. They should be fired. Take a look at the radar. It was clear as day that it was going to rain around 8 pm.

Here you can see radar in the past and projected into the future. Looks like it will rain for close to another hour. Bad news for us is there is no chance it's raining at 10 pm. They'll get this game in.

It was someone's master plan to have Tillman start the game, let it rain enough so he's forced to exit before he can serve up any more dingers.

I followed Bond's 2001 season pretty closely. Drugs or not, I have not seen anything even close to how amazing that was.

2002-2004 are the seasons I've never seen anything else remotely like.  The seasons after the 73 HR season, where teams refused to pitch to him.  68, 61 and then 120 intentional walks.  Unreal.

Mike is objectively the world's most annoying person.

Here's my impression of Mike co-hosting the Gettysburg Address with Abraham Lincoln.

"Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.  Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle-field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this."

"It sure is, Abe.  Abe Lincoln with the freedom talk!  Boom!  He's one of the greatest freedomizers in the game today."

You need to include the word "nasty." as in, "NASTY burn on the Confederacy right there!"

Mike Trout really is the reincarnation of Mickey Mantle!  He got a second chance to sober up.

And Even more so because they would not pitch to him. There were many games where the one pitch that was a strike to him the entire game, he smacked for a HR

He broke the game like he found a glitch.

Regarding Ruth, I am sure you mean you didn't see him play.  It was such a different context - nonetheless he out-homered entire teams.

I know I was looking at it before the game! There was a cell half the size of Baltimore City literally a couple miles away, headed right at the stadium. I'm like what the heck are they doing??
