Maybe they're hoping he can rob enough home runs to prevent us from setting the all time record.

We already just broke the record for fewest games to 100 HR ceded in last nights game.

But ultimately, he was DFA-bound at some point, probably.

Every single human being on the 25 man roster is at risk for designation, and not one of them is going to be on the next team that finishes over .500.

IMO, there's depth...to me, depth means guys that can add positively.

You can find guys who can eat innings and not give you a chance to win each day.  IMO, that's Ramirez, Hess, Strailey, etc.  That's not "depth."  That's throwing guys out there just to play out the string.

That is an excellent point. And by that definition we have no depth. We have nothing, because we don’t even have a basic five. Based on our Bundy has been doing, I’m not sure we even have a basic three.

Christmas time is the musicians busy time of the year, and every church in town and wants full orchestras for their Advent services, Which are all at the same time. This results in lots of orchestra is filling out the back of the string section with “warm bodies” that is, people who own an instrument and can create a reasonable visual impression that they are Creating music that people want to hear.

That’s what we currently have in the minors. “Warm bodies”

I'd think that Broxton would be glad to come to Baltimore.  He has a chance for regular playing time which he did not have in New York.  And, the Mets may be a bigger dumpster fire than the Orioles.

But New York City is not a Horse**** town.

Nobody wanted Cobb. So we gave him a $57M contract for 4 years, but we have to pay him still until 2025. Is this another on the list of bad Oriole contracts who where not worth it?

Save time. How many long term contracts WERE worth it? Chen, the Jones and Hardy extensions, and......?

Anybody? Anybody?

Beuller?
