So Rondon got 1 at bat and has been outrighted to Norfolk.  That must have been a hellaciously bad at bat.  He didn't even play enough to injure DJ Stewart!

Blach shaking off the rust today in Norfolk. He had pitched only once since July 14th, his last start at AAA Sacramento. On July 20th he pitched three innings of mop-up for the Giants in a game they lost 11-4.

Today Blach went 2 and a third allowing 2 runs on 4 hits and 2 walks while striking out 4. He threw 61 pitches.

Hopefully he will be back in starting shape in a couple more games.

It was so bad that no team in the league wanted to claim him!   Ugly, ugly at bat.

Rondon has committed 3 errors in his first two games at Norfolk.   Not the kind of start he wants if he is trying to get called up in Sept.

If Nunez still hurting from fouling that ball off his ankle, could be a hitter.  Tough to go into a double header with only 11 batters who can play.
