Rarely have I checked a Minor League leaderboard to make sure of something with predisposed certainty someone had better be first in their league at whatever attribute it is, and yes Hall hardest Carolina League pitcher to hit by a lot checks out:

His AVG allowed about 30 points better than Kris Bubic, gaining helium of his own, and naturally some Astro I've never heard of was closest to Hall.
