I think he’s the only one. Everyone else is a minor cog in a middling roster that will hopefully have a sum greater than its parts. 
 

Maybe Henderson, but there’s tons of depth there so I don’t think it’d be a significant loss. And the outfield and pitching staff are full of very replaceable guys.

I agree that there really isn’t anyone we absolutely can’t lose other than Adley.  Mullins would probably be second because we don’t have another pure CF who can hit much.

Gotta be Gunnar. His first 114 ABs and he had 788 OPS. I don't subscribe to stat sources but I'm pretty sure that might be better than Adley's first 114 ABs. Assuming he is 3B then to fall back to Urias loses 70 points of OPS and 45 points of OBP.

Adley started slow and improved, Gunnar started strong and tailed off.

Aside from Adley it’s easily Mullins I think.

In terms of differential between the starter and the next man up:

Mullins:McKenna 

Grayson:Voth 

Mouncastle:O'Hearn 

Gunnar:Urias 

I think Gunnar is the second best player on the team but we have great depth at infield.

I would say Grayson, because if he goes down a second year in a row, it might mean we never get to see him fulfill his potential.
