Yes they are, but no time clock in baseball.   Still have a shot

Fat lady is warming up hard! I'd give us about a 20% chance of getting out this with Baumann facing the heart of the order and man on second.

2 innings pitched from both Voth and Cano is potentially huge. (Alternate scenario: Voth pitches 3rd shutout inning, Cano pitches the 10th for the W, and Bautista doesn't have to come in.)

Our pen is going to be wastes for Tampa. Hyde probably won't let Cano pitch the whole series now.

Alternate scenario. Somebody takes Voth deep. 😀

Bautista walked one guy and made one bad pitch in the dirt. He wasn't awful.

Yeah but we all knew he was going to blow the save and he went right ahead and did it all by himself

Hate to say it, but should we lose: Hayes' running blunder, Bautista's WP, and all those missed multiple-runners-on-base stranded makes me feel like, Ok, yeah we sorta beat ourselves....

Sometimes it's that special player that makes a special play. Hats off to Acuna.

It was but unlike Stowers he circled behind the ball and was set fundamentally set to make a strong throw.  Sorry but one of my pet peeves is nonchalant play......

In all fairness, that's been vintage Bautista for weeks now. He hasn't been able to throw the splitter with any command at all and when he can't do that, he's a middling reliever and possibly a detriment in a close situation. Everyone in baseball can turn on 100.
