Exactly.  This helps the Orioles for trades.  People might look at a guy like Norby and think he is more likely for real vs if Ortiz was struggling.  They might also think Norby’s stats are depressed some because he is depressed due to his circumstances.

I said this and I meant it.  But I was also surprised to see that he only has 75 at bats on the season.  I'm not sure who they're platooning him with but I can't imagine the other half is just as productive.

Only 1 for 5 tonight with 2 strikeouts but 2 runs scored.

I think he is on the upswing.  Maybe by August or Sept he might have enough seasoning to be able to come up and help the big club.
