Defense is just a real problem.

The Orioles need that veteran presence in the clubhouse that will speak up and hold the team accountable. I don’t feel like we have a guy like that.

Agreed.  Maybe McCann.  There just doesn’t seem to be anyone that will light a fire under these guys. Gunnar always looks pissed, but it doesn’t seem teammates look up to him.

Today the pitching decisions were ok except for the starter, and the starter isn’t on him.

telling a guy to bunt when the three guys in front of him all got solid singles, the count is 2-0, and the guy behind him has a huge K rate and a .160 BA, THAT is on him.

Although it wouldn’t have made a difference, sadly.

this team sucks. Record or no.

Just send Mayo down. Down 9-2 and you don’t get him any at-bats.  Just awful.

I hated the the bunt. Possible he did it on his own.
