I continue to be amazed at major league players(especially pitchers when asked) and their inability to safely bunt a baseball.

Well Roy, how often do you think they practice doing it? I'd understand you if we were a NL team but I doubt Bud gets much practice bunting. It's always a pleasant surprise for me when a NL pitcher gets a hit at all.

I hear both of you guys but who becomes lead off if you move Manny down. He really has come a long way on his plate approach this year. I am so glad to see him both healthy and hitting.

I like Can_of_corn's idea of having Reimold leadoff and Manny 2nd.

I wouldn't mind trying that out. It's a good suggestion on Corn's part. But I still do subscribe to if it ain't broke but Nolan does have a good approach too.
