Buck's comments on young pitchers and radar

Do you think he was talking about Wright?

That's my guess. Now I'll have to watch where he looks after each pitch. 

Wright definitely seems like he wants to announce his presence with authority.

Wright's a good guess, or maybe Castro.  Could be Carroll I suppose, but he's probably not been up long enough.

Gotta imagine it was Carroll or maybe Scott. Carroll's command has been downright awful. Not sure if it's one of those major league yips thing that he will get over, but no way he would have been successful in AAA with the way he's thrown the ball here.

I think he's pressing honestly. He looks tight on the mound to me. He's probably squeezing the ball really hard lol.

I've watched a lot of tape on him. His command has never been as bad as it has been. I suspect these are the growing pains we'll see with our young relievers.

I think I recall this being an issue with Wright in the past.

I was watching MLB highlights last night, not sure who the guy was, a Padres pitcher was hitting 59 on the radar gun.

Do you think he was talking about Wright? 

He didn't necessarily say it was someone other than Yac or Ramirez. It's possible those two were previously concerned with the radar, but just not on Saturday.
