Lol.. Chris Davis is the biggest narcist you will find. He's literally laughing at the Orioles for signing him and he knows they are "stuck with him". We can only hope that Elias is finally able to cut him next spring before opening day so we don't need to see him play another game as an Oriole. 

BTW, I'm glad he finally showed his true colors to the fans. I've known people for years that have said the same thing about him but he always said the right things in the press. 

Now he's like, "Yep, I suck, but you knew what you were getting and I'll be here no matter what!"

Stark contrast from the guy who said he wanted to retire if he didn’t improve. And that he felt bad about stealing from the team and it’s fans (I’m paraphrasing of course). I know cussing is against the rule but what a  Piece of Crap!

He's probably at a point where he's like, "Screw it, I might as well tell the truth now, the fans already boo me and my legacy will be as the guy who signed the worse contract in Orioles history and possibly may go down as the worse player ever to be given so many major league PAs at the end of their career."

While spewing hate to Chris, which one of you would give back one red cent if the situation were reversed.  I know I would not.  He made a legal deal and a deal takes two or more to make it legal and valid.  I believe he has tried to do his best,  but it is obvious his hand eye coordination left him at an earlier age than most players.  He did not know that would happen and the Orioles did not know it either.  Also,  each  party did not know  that the LEGAL substance he was taking  would suddenly be banned.  I have my own thoughts as to why it was banned after his  super seasons, but  it is kicking a dead horse to harp on it till the cows come home.

I've stated before that I would be more than happy to give 20% or so back if they would release me and I didn't have to show up for the last three years.

In my eyes that's a great deal.  Still get more money that you should ever need and can retire in your early 30's.  I'd much prefer that over actually having to show up and deal with all that travel.

My hope for Chris this year is the same as last year, that he shows up to camp looking like fat Thor and dares the team to do something about it.
