I’m guessing nobody cares enough to reschedule it.   It’s basically a glorified intrasquad scrimmage.

As far as I know, Billy Cook, 10th round, was the first 2021 draftee penciled into a FCL Oriole (Orange) lineup yesterday in CF.  He played defense for half an inning before the game was suspended.  Look for his and more names on Monday.

I have seen him listed as a 3rd baseman somewhere.  But apparently he's an outfielder.  I remember his senior year OPS was something like 1.200.  

22 years old.  He should really be in the New York-Penn league.  But the wise men eliminated a very useful league.

Prospect-heavy Orioles Black has 6th round pick Colin Burns shortstop from Tulane.  Same school.as Hudson Haskins.  Got an overslot deal.  

Playing the Braves today.  Stiven Acevedo hit his 1st homer patrolling centerfield. A 6-4 centerfielder basestealer.

Any idea what has happened to Erison Placencia? Put up .500 OBP in DSL in 2019. Appears to have been removed from a game in late July and hasn't played since. Was replaced in lineup of suspended game that was completed today.
