Yea, if Gunnar isn't the pick here Tony must have real reservations about him.

20 yo SS that reached AA. I’ve guessed Gunnar since #3. I like his ceiling over Cowser. His results at higher levels than Mayo, and his health over Hall. 
 

6 - Gunnar

7 - Westburg

8 - Bradish

9 - Stowers

10 - Kjerstad

Right..especially since he said the top 6 has separated themselves (or whatever wording he used).  
 

Kjerstad likely would be here if not for the health issues but I don’t think you can put him here yet.

I also chose Gunnar for the big upside - though I think Westburg has a significantly higher floor.  

It's fun to have Basallo as one of the options.

It’s fair to wonder if Basallo is a top 10 guy.  If we use Tony’s criteria, I think he might be.

Personally, I’d have put Henderson higher but I’ve gathered that Tony doesn’t feel he is one of the top 6…that makes this one difficult because I really don’t see how any of the other options are better than Henderson with the exception of Kjerstad but that guy is definitely not gonna be #6. So, I went with Westburg but I think it could also be Bradish. But what do I know? If Stowers were on the list I’d have chosen him.

I have to imagine that this means Tony believes he cannot stick at SS, which makes his bat come closer to average, but potentially his glove tick up a small amount.

Ok. My theory that Stowers is higher than Henderson is shot down, I think. Has to be Henderson here. Young age. Big upside. Uneven, but some promising results at times for sure.

I think #7 is where the conversation gets very interesting, assuming Gunnar is 6(which certainly would throw stuff off).

I want to comp Stowers vs Basallo for a moment.  We will see what Stowers can become but he appears to be a better prospect than I have given him credit for.

BUT, when the question is asked, who would you rather have in the organization, I think this becomes a trickier conversation. 

If I’m using that as a criteria, I’m taking Basallo and his upside over Stowers.  

But who do You take Stowers vs Westburg?  And then where does Kjerstad fall in this?  I think Kjerstad would be contending for our #3 prospect if he had been healthy.  

I don’t think any other pitcher appears in our top 10 and I think Pinto is the only one should be in the conversation. 

So, you have Westburg, Kjerstad, Stowers and Basallo potentially rounding out the top 10.  
 

But in what order?  It’s a really interesting conversation imo.

If I voted with my heart I would go with Westburg based on likelihood of sticking at SS/MI but consensus seems to be Gunnar's upside and pedigree. Westburg's hitting numbers look better but Gunnar is only 20 so I will stick with the consensus and go with Gunnar.

This is too high for Basallo and Bradish. Tony also had Westburg behind Henderson in the power rankings all year, so I doubt it's him either. Seems a bit high for Kjerstad still, though I do think he's top 10.
