He lolligagged on a ball in center that allowed a runner to advance to second. If it weren’t for Hays having a cannon it would have cost the O’s a run. 
 

I have openly stated my position on Ryan; he is occupying a roster spot for his speed and defense. If he can’t play defense then what’s the point of him taking up that roster spot?

This is my position. Everyone makes mistakes. But learn from them. This is the highest level of baseball that exists, literally ever and maybe more so than any team that they are fighting with for a playoff spot, the O’s cannot afford to be cavalier with anything.
 

This is the second mental mistake by Ryan in a short window of time. Every time I watch him track a fly ball I’m saying to myself “two hands” like I would tell my eight year old nephew.
 

It ain’t great when we’re saying that to a major league player.
