Sorry Mrs. McKenna.  I didn't know we weren't allowed to note your son's mistakes.  I'll be sure to make a note of that.

Talk all the sh!t you want but these threads are awful and reactionary and push actual good conversations down.

There are threads for players for a reason.

Oh, I'm just teasing ya buddy.

You're not wrong, ........

These "reactionary" threads are off the board in 24 hrs b/c they're too specific.  Any "good" threads will outlast them by their inherent quality.  Don't be censorious and elitist.

Tony is the board moderator. If he tells me to stop making posts during games then I will.

He clearly didn’t learn his lesson from lazily drifting to and dropping a ball that cost the O’s the chance to win a game in Boston.

Dude has got to go.

I'm also a recent member of the "McKenna got to go camp" club. When you're a backup and supposed defensive specialist, you can't have mental lapses at the rate McKenna has made this year.

McKenna has his best offensive game of the year and then has to be a dope out in CF only to be outdone by Austin Hays stupidity.    Embarrassing display of baseball.

Hays is probably my favorite current Oriole and I agree that was a bad time for a mental lapse (no time is great obviously) but at least he wasn’t lolligagging. That’s what frustrates me with Ryan.

I am obviously not a major league outfielder and can criticize only so much but these mistakes have already proven to be extremely costly to the team. Coming into this season I had them + 5 games from last year’s record but McKenna’s drop in Boston may negate one of those five additional wins. Sure, no game comes down to just one play but man, didn’t it?

That is my beef with Ryan. That was a huge mistake in Boston not even two weeks back and we’re here talking about a similar play where he lacked focus and/or fundamentals. I’ll never actively root against one of our players but damn it’s not fun to hold my breath every time that he is making a play. Imagine what impact that could have on his teammates.
