For the record the top team in baseball this year, in innings pitched by starters - the Twins, is averaging 5.62 innings per starter. 

The Orioles are t24 at 5.06

Tampa is 29th at 4.67 (and they're near the bottom every year)

Plus he had a 125 wRC+ last year and 112 this year.  He’s clearly ready.
