Yes, and most importantly always run (glide) on the balls of your feet-not heel to toe so your head bounces less.  That sounds silly but anyone who has played OF knows how tough it is to track a ball with your head bobbing up and down.

I always had trouble keeping the flight of the ball steady when I was on the run.  Still do, when I play the outfield in softball.
