I really can't think of others moves that I hated really besides resigning Davis which had nothing to do with him. Probably the other was forfeiting a draft pick to sign Yovani Gallardo but only because it was clear Gallardo was not healthy and there was a reason he was still sitting there.

For Tommy Milone I'd say that is a win.  

Seems like health has been an issue.  If he could make a good turn, he could be interesting.
