I know we got Webb and Perez off waiver claims, but as Perez demonstrated today, at some point we have to make better acquisitions than waiver claims to fix this bullpen.

Well, he doesn't exactly have the most Stoudt competition for a roster spot in Baker, so you never know...with our bullpen plans there does seem to be a real Shrowd out mystery around what we're gonna do next!

I read this as Levi Zendt initially, for any Michener 'Centennial' fans.

I doubt he’s anything more than depth at Norfolk. It’s a bit hard on the Norfolks fans, to be looking at guys like Tehran and Stoudt as front line pitchers, but as long as we never see him it’s fine.  
But it’s time, as@Billy F-Face3 has said, to make some meaningful pickups.
