It's a guy from AA, everything I can see from his stats seems to suggest this is his MLB debut.

Pitchers like this used to give us fits.  Hopefully they still don't.

That's correct, MLB debut.  I read somewhere that he throws lots of strikes but doesn't throw outside for swinging strikes.

Is he a confirmed soft tosser? I know nothing about him other than A+ and AA this year.
