Boy, when you go on a losing streak it really looks horrible.  Score some runs but give up a ton.  Hold teams to a couple runs and get shutout.  Get hits when no one is on but fail with RISP.  Starter looks good and the pen sucks.  Starter gets hammered and pen holds but the offense can't make up the deficit.  And so on.  Nothing is in sync, the offense has too many holes and the pitching is awful right now.  So many here were begging Elias to add more pitching in the off season and, besides Burnes, who is great, he didn't do anything.  Very shortsighted approach.

Absolutely comical right now. 5 singles, a walk, and a HR in the last 2 innings and they score 1 run. That’s got to be very hard to accomplish.
