as in worse, yes, Googles over Gonzo, but not by much. Both tend to wild and walk batters. Kerosene on a camp fire. Throw strikes as a reliever.

Gonzalez fell off the mound back 20 feet there. That was amazing. And the hitter swings at it. Wow, these guys are awful.

Too careful is sometime, often times, worse then wild. I hate Goggles's style. Throw strike they can't hit, if they hit them, they win. Seems simple enough. If you don't have the stuff to beat guys, you shouldn't be a closer.

Then he doesn't have the velocity, the specialist mentality. He can't say "I'll bring my best, try to hit it" A closer requires that mentality. A magician will not survive the 9th inning cauldron.
