Spare me James. If Jones is gonna "tweet" things, then he should expect retorts. The fact of the matter is millionaires have NO clue about the struggles that normal people go through, and thus they should be making NO statements about who is or isn't in the crowd!

You should do a little research on Jones' background. He had it way way worse than you and I growing up. The kid gets it.

Yeah, you're right, Adam was born into a family of wealth. He doesn't know the "struggle" lol I guess you are blind to see why Adam tweeted that. He wants fans at the park, it's not a hard concept to grasp. More fans = more revenue, more revenue = more money to spend to get players during the off season. More revenue = keeping our team in Baltimore. More fans also give our players a boost in the morale department!

All this talk about the "struggle" is comical....

Laugh away. I'm worried about the revenues in my pockets right now, not the Orioles. The players morale? Do you think they give 2 cents about my morale, when trying to make the monthly bills work? If you aren't aware that the average family is struggling now, then you are either blind or..well, i'll keep it at that.

You got me there. The bike our daughter wanted for her birthday wasn't a necessity, neither was the video game our son wanted for his. Next year were cancelling Christmas and Birthdays for the kids, and using that to go watch the Orioles. I could spare a few dollars to see a game, but its about putting priorities first, and being able to sleep at night knowing my bills are paid and my kids are provided for. Everyone has different priorities. Most people talk about how cheap a single ticket is, i can only assume they don't have kids. Priorities become different when you want what's best for them.

We already addressed your complaints. If you can't swing it financially, you can't swing it. No big deal.

Jones didn't say anything that wasn't true. More fans should come out to see this team. I have gone record as saying that the white sox aeries is an anomaly, and it is for a variety of reasons. But we have been talking about this for a minute now.

This is a first place team and is only averaging 25k a game. September should see huge crowds, huge ORIOLE crowds. The players notice the empty seats and it shouldn't be a surprise when the dam expected a big bump in attendance as they played better.

It shouldn't surprise, because we all expected it.

Actually for a lot of people they are. He could also be visiting the OH from work, not home and in fact not have internet access at his house.

You don't know his situation.

Or maybe you could try pissing off because what he spends his money on is his business and he doesn't have to justify any of it to anyone on an Oriole fansite, nor do you have any clue what he's paid for said goods and services and how having a computer and internet has anything to do with paying a lot of money to see the Orioles in person?

Screw you dude. Seriously. One, internet access is quickly becoming a necessity in the modern world, as is a computer.

Don't believe me? Try taking a class anywhere without reliable access to either.

Problems are problems and choices are choices. Each our are own so cut the sanctimonious bull.
