What exactly is different about Tommy recently? It doesn't exactly seem to be control; at the start of the season they were just hitting whatever he threw up there.

Seems like his secondary pitches. Earlier in the year it seems like he was throwing that flat fastball every pitch. He was having high pitch count outings, and it would just be fastball after fastball with no movement to it. Now it seems like he has confidence in his secondary pitches.
