Dont know who else they would call up besides Wilson. Seems Wright is the best bet with TJM ready to soak up some innings in case. And then Wright probably gets sent down for a bullpen arm.

The Orioles scratched Bud Norris from tonight's game due to an illness. He's 1-4 with a 9.88 ERA in six starts. He's also 4-0 with a 0.43 ERA in six career starts against the Angels.
