Yep: A WINNER ! It's the same person, but two different pitchers. Chris' pitching has evolved over the years.

The first photo was taken by me at Twin Lakes in 2008. Chris had been traded from the Seattle Mariners to the Orioles in February. Orioles GM Andy MacPhail traded Erik Bedard for Adam Jones, Chris Tillman, George Sherill, Kam Mickolio and Tony Butler. At the time, the Orioles' major league Spring Training was held in Ft. Lauderdale, but their minor league spring training was held at Twin Lakes. In those days, the media did not cover Twin Lakes because it was way too far from Ft. Lauderdale. This left me opportunities to get photos not obtained by the beat media.  This 2008 photo was of Chris when he first reported to the Buck O'Neil complex at Twin Lakes.

The second photo was taken Wednesday at Minicamp. Chris usually grows his beard in the off season as we have shown in past years. Chris has been working out at the Orioles Ed Smith complex most of the off-season. Some say that the beard makes Chris look like the Mountain Man on Duck Dynasty. Here's the Mountain Man with Doc Shorebird for comparison.
