Chapman has a dang good arm. I've been impressed by his fielding skills this season. Last year I didn't think much of him, but now... Wow.

Kikuchi's had a real turn-around all season: 1.40 decrease in ERA, leaping from 73 to 109 in ERA+. Big drop in walks from 5.2 to 2.7/9 innings probably makes all those home runs he still gives up less damaging.

He is locating well enough for now it doesn’t matter that much. But he is going to have to show he can throw something for a strike other than the fastball.
