If the second half had resembled the first half, the Jays would be chasing us and there would be 10,000 more people there tonight.

The pitching and the hitting have rarely ever appeared at the same ballpark on the same night. That's disheartening to wallets.

This seems to be a theme. And when the bats do show up, half the time the starting pitching craps the bed. The O's just don't have the look of a playoff team. Maybe that changes tomorrow, but I doubt it. This team doesn't have the same feel as 2012 and 2014.

Yeah, the cart and the horse don't seem to be hooked up lately outside of the Nats series. Horse runs fine without the cart. Cart rolls well down a hill without the horse. Hooking them up and working together? Seems to be a problem.
