Was at last night’s game.  Rutsch is a man among boys.  Both physically and skill set hitting.  Much faster than I would have thought.  Got a good jump on a ball in the dirt and easily took 2b.  
 

Mick Abel started for JS.  Top SP in the Philly org.

Games suspended.  Probably because they knew Rutschman couldn’t play back to back full games so they had to call it so the fans didn’t think the wear being overly cautious.

Rutshman and DL Hall move on to Bowie starting Tuesday.

The Orioles aren't going to do it (and they've already said he'll see Triple-A), but I wish he'd play Tues/Weds at Bowie, give him a day off, because they're the Orioles, and debut in Baltimore Friday night

Plan is  that ,next week after Bowie Norfolk but we shall see. Plan is for him to be in Baltimore against the Yankees

Glad to hear Hall is moving up with Adley.   Thursday start perhaps?  I may try to go to that one.

I figured with the downtime it was going to be two weeks in the minor leagues to get ready. In a week from now Rutschman should be on his way to Norfolk and then Baltimore. 

The pace might be slower than most of us prefer, but at least the light is on at the end of the tunnel now and (fingers crossed) MLB debut for Rutschman soon.

Remember he's a minor league player on minor league rehab.

His stay at Norfolk could be extended.
