I doubt Tate will pitch for the orioles this season. All of these "setbacks" and nagging things he has all point to eventual TJS.

I did like that Elias said they are "preparing" to be buyers at the deadline.

I never agreed with the folks that thought Means coming back on schedule from TJ was a given.  Anything the team gets from this year should be seen as a bonus.

Yep, which is why you don't plan around them coming back and being successful.  (talking about the fans not the team with the word plan)

John Means at 100% I would agree. Not so sure though we would have seen that version of Means this year. 

Unfortunate though. I would have liked to seen him come back this year.

Getting Means back WOULD'VE have been the equivalent of a trade, now that is not an option so you are right - the Orioles will definitely be on the hunt for SP.
