Roy said he was days away from being called up before he was hurt, so nothing has to change. That being said, Mateo has regressed and Holliday is no longer available to take his spot.

He didn’t say how many days.

Mayo should be called up,  So should McDermott.   Trade Holliday, another lower prospect and Heston for a top starter and at least 2 top relievers.

You then have a chance to win a WS this year and next.  

 

Sign Anthony S for 3 years this off season.  Also sign Corbin for 3-4 years but that may never happen.  But it should.

Speaking of Kjerstad, anyone have more info on why he got ejected today after getting hit by a pitch 3 times in the first 3 innings?
