The pitching has given up 12 runs in 3 games on the road against a top 10 offense, while starting its 3 worst starters. The offense needs to do something because this is not a series they should be losing.

My guess is Tate was going to pitch the 9th. Then the 8th happened.

I don't think Kimbrel gets cut but it does seem like its time to maybe say he has a dead arm or something and put him on the IL for 15 days.  Couple weeks to clear his head and let his arm rest seems like it would be best for everyone involved.
