Not a bad idea but not a no brainer. A search of the many threads on here that have included conversations about bringing Bedard back shows that. It is far from unanimous and mostly against in a lot of them.

In isolation he makes a lot of sense, but it is also Bedard. His behavior here I'm sure had an impact on the FO's evaluation...not to mention him asking out of games and how Buck would feel about that.

Well the ballpark in Tampa is cold and sterile, so Bedard's personality would fit in there. In all honesty I don't care about his personality, or how he performs, etc.
