Why is it that some people can find their year-old threads, and some can't? When I try to find threads I started going back a year, the earliest thread it shows is March 1, and it only shows 4 threads between that date and May 20. That hardly seems likely.

I think it depends on how many threads you start. I think it only keeps a certain number of old posts.
