I agree.  Fans have to get used to an announcer’s style.  And, an announcer has to grow into the job.  I think most of the O’s younger announcers have improved a lot over the last two seasons.  Brown has the potential to become an outstanding announcer - he’s pretty good right now and will only get better IMO.

Personally, I preferred Miller.  But, I understand why some people preferred Chuck.  There’s something very down home Baltimore about him.

This. I like his voice, but that’s it. The stupid pop culture references are dumb and have nothing to do with baseball. 

Even though I was from SoCal I was never a Dodger fan, but loved Vin Scully. His stories were interspersed with his calls of the action and almost always involved something baseball related to a team or player on the field. A true professional.

He's fine.  He is young so will probably improve.  Any O's broadcaster is kneecapped right now on road games.

Kevn Brown reminds me of Joe Buck.  Same deliberate cadence seemingly looking for the absolute perfect sound bite.  Was not a fan at first, but he has grown on me.

I dont have MASN but I think he sounds pretty good on the mlb.com highlights. Im only hearing 0.005 percent of his calls though. But they're usually the bigger ones.

I will say, Kevin and whoever he is paired with are so much better than the Yankees broadcasters.  Watching the Yankees/Blue Jays game right now and the YES guys are cringingly terrible.
