I think Tony posted something last week that said Frazier had really slowed down the last year and was at toward the bottom in speed.

Yes I think Frazier is way too aggressive for the speed he possesses. He's an athletic player, but he's not fast. He's average speed, IMHO. Even with a full count, I don't agree with him attempting to steal with less than 2 outs.
