As I stated in Jimenez' annual thread, he has pitched considerably better when he has had 5 or more days' rest for the last one-and-a-half seasons (2016-2017) than he has when he was on 4 days' rest.

That would appear to be a relatively large enough sample size to presume that that might not be a coincidence.

Problem with a six man rotation is that we can't even form a five man one. Gotta get creative. Call up Scott and Long every 10 days and have them go a combined 6.

I get where you're coming from, but I'd rather muddle through some weird six man with Ubaldo than normal Ubaldo.. if the stats pan out that way.
