I don't think the Orioles are dumb enough to worry about Adley's AAA numbers after 3 games. Hope to see him against the Yankees on Monday.

Dan Connolly seems to feel we won’t be seeing him in the majors until at least next weekend.

Safe bet.  I mean, what else does this team do besides disappoint?  

IIRC, I said early June.  I didn't want to be correct about that but whatever.

This injury feels like one of those things where next year Adley will be saying things like "yeah... the arm never fully felt right last year, but with the offseason I feel great now" etc.

Yeah that front is a weird one. It's raining right now here next door in VA Beach, and is supposed to continue all weekend as you posted. I guess we'll see what happens!

Adley just got under that one.

So of course I saw Adley’s three outs, but missed his homer.   The strikeout was on a borderline inside fastball taken for strike three.   Good pitch from Liberatore.   The other two outs were high fly balls pretty deep in the OF, where he just got under them a little too much.   

I really liked how he looked framing Grayson’s pitches, even though the ump had a pretty tight strike zone.   He did allow one stolen base and the throw was a bit wide right, pulling the fielder off the bag to catch it.  Overall, my impression is that Adley has looked a bit rusty defensively since his return.

Last night's game was pretty rough for him at first but his last two ABs were a line drive right at the center fielder and then a walk. I've watched almost every PA of his this year and the guy is human but even if he's struggling he's going to at least give you a couple good at bats. Not to mention the defense. I respect the deliberate approach the current regime takes to prospects but there's no excuse for him not to be in Baltimore in the next few days.

I happened to see the homer. He also appeared to just get under it, it was a high inside fastball. Awkward swing on it, and it just carried.

I have no idea how he hit that out. That had some wow factor to it.
