Actiually, given who he has available today, Perez is pretty near the top of the list for that situation.

Yes, you could have gotten another batter out of Suarez.   (Although all the people who thought he should have let Suarez got another inning last week, if he had, Suarez might not have been able to go as deep today and might not even have made it as far as he did).
