Everything so far says he's not.

He really hasn't had the opportunity to sign a guy in the Burnes tier that's been with the team. I think Elais will have some room and will make some very interesting choices this coming offseason, so we'll see.

This is the problem with Hyde waiting until the late innings to PH. There's no guarantee there's a situation worthy of it later...and you need to face Bubic and Erceg, their best relievers.
