It will be interesting to see how Hyde gets everyone at bats. This definitely means more true off days for Rutschman when he doesn't catch.

I don’t see him playing the outfield much.  I could see him getting most of his at bats at DH.  Are they going to bench Cowser or Santander for him?

Bañuelos up for Monday's game for the day from the taxi squad.  Can't wait for Kjerstad to show what he's got.

If Mountcastle can't play, and they refuse to play O'Hearn like tonight, then I can see Santander sliding over to first when they don't make Urias do that.

Also checked Burdick's stat line to see why he was DFA'd, and he was somehow OPS'ing .788 while maintaining a .182 batting average.  Weird.

Mountcastle’s injury was said to be very minor.  He’s available off the bench tonight, but you never know with injuries.  It still makes the team better.  Does anyone know how Heston hits lefties?
