I actually agree but think that Sig and Elias know something we don't.  For example, they've now almost intentionally not let Cowser, and to a large extent Stowers, see the field.  Both guys have not produced when given opportunities.  Same with Joey Ortiz.  However, they've given significant at bats to younger guys when they see fit, like Westburg and Kjerstad.  The may have found something in the batted ball data, their ability to handle pitches, etc, that doesn't just lie in the numbers.

So I'd guess that whatever guys we see, they produce.  And if they are hiding in AAA still producing against AAA pitching, there's a reason.
