Agree. He looks like he is jumping at the ball a bit to me.

I think they go hand-in-hand. His body and swing get out of whack sometimes. When he's at his best, he's relaxed, but his wrists are really fast. When he's not, he doesn't let his wrists do the work and they lag a bit.
