First round:

Siena over Vanderbilt

Winthrop over Washington St.

Arizona over West Virginia

I want to say Memphis is going to lose to the winner of the Memphis/Pittsburgh game, but didn't have the guts to put it in my official bracket. Yet.

Clemson has the potential to beat Kansas. Connecticut has the potential to beat UCLA.

I will add some more after I do some research. God I love March.

Cal St Ful over Wisconsin

George Mason over ND

Kent St over UNLV

Davidson over Zags(one of the toughest games for me this year)

Zona over WVU

St Joe over Okla

In the second round...

Miss St over Memphis

Purdue over Xavier...No idea why I am picking this.

Butler over Tenn

I don't have any double digit seeds in the sweet 16 but I do have an 8 seed, a 7 seed and 2 6 seeds.

I created a group on yahoo for everyone to submit a bracket. The league ID is 90008.

League name: Orioles Hangout

password: Markakis

Register your bracket name as your username on here so we know who everyone is.

Good luck.

Fruitloop Kid already did this.

You're picking it because Drew Lavender isn't 100%, and Purdue is really, really good.

Mine are as follows:

First round

16 over 1: None

15 over 2: None

14 over 3: Georgia over Xavier

12 over 5: George Mason over Notre Dame

11 over 6: St. Joseph over Oklahoma

10 over 7: Davidson over Gonzaga, Arizona over WVU

9 over 8: Kent State over UNLV, Texas A&M over BYU

2nd round

8 over 1: Indiana over UNC

7/10 over 2: None

6 over 3: USC over Wisconsin

5 over 4: Drake over UConn

Sweet 16:

4 over 1: Vanderbilt over Kansas

6 over 2: USC over Georgetown

3 over 2: Stanford over Texas, Louisvill over Tennessee

Elite 8:

2 over 1: Duke over UCLA

Final Four:

None

National Championship

3 over 1: Louisville over Memphis

Double-digit seed in the Sweet 16: George Mason

Now you should be able to exactly replicate my bracket.

UMBC over Gtown?? Wow, props if that goes down.

I really wanted to put Clemson in the Final Four but I think Kansas may be their kryptonite with all those guards to beat the press.

I wanted to pick an early upset of Duke, but they have a cakewalk to the Elite 8 compared to the other 2 seeds.

I also think Clemson has a chance to go to the final 4...If they had Memphis as the #1 in their bracket, I would probably take them that far.

The UMBC over GTown pick is interesting...Obviously, there is a slim chance of that happening and maybe Tank would have had GTown going out in the second round anyway, so he figures what the hell.

However, if GTown has a lot of guys from the BMore/DC area( i am not sure if they do or not), you would figure some of the guys on UMBC would have played against them in the past...So they shouldn't be that intimidated by them.

They can't control Hibbert but Hibbert plays very sloppy sometimes and if they take it to him and get him in foul trouble, you never know.

Haven't had a chance to do the research I normally like to do, but these are my initial thoughts:

I don't really consider 9's or 10's in the first round to be upsets, but I do have Arkansas, Kent State, S. Alabama and Davidson winning.

Davidson over Georgetown

St. Joe's over Oklahoma

Temple over Michigan State

Kansas State to the Elite 8 (thanks to that Davidson upset and my intense dislike for anything Big 10)

Cornell over Stanford

Purdue over Xavier

UConn over UCLA and to the Final Four

George Mason over ND

Winthrop over Wash St

Butler over Tenn in the 2nd round

Kent St over UNLV

Kansas St over USC

Davidson over Gonzaga

Kentucky over Marquette

St Mary's over The U

Texas A & M over BYU

those are just some of them...I guess that's a lot now that I look at it...I just think this is going to be a great tourney.

When everyone picks something it's a sure sign that it's not going to happen, so I think I will revise my Final 4 pick from the South to be Memphis over Stanford. Texas will do what they always do look pretty and get beat (football or basketball)

I think Stanford is overrated, and at first I was inclined to show some bias and go with Cornell. But I couldn't get around the fact that I watched two Stanford/UCLA games, and the Lopez twins could probably beat the whole Cornell roster by themselves. Cornell's guards are probably comparable or better than Stanford's though.

My first run through:

9 seeds - Arkansas, Kent St, Oregon

10 seeds - South Alabama, Davidson, St Mary's

11 seeds - Kansas St, Baylor

12 seeds - Western Kentucky

Kansas St is the only seed higher than 5 i have reaching the sweet 16.
