Hayes should have a good shot at being in the top 10 of centerfielders.   I would think its hard to ignore what he did in September in the majors.  And he should still qualify as a prospect.

They don’t break down the OF into three positions.   It will just be top 10 outfielders.   I don’t think Hays is likely to make that list.

So Hays was our guy who barely missed the top 100. Makes sense considering the injury history, but I still have a ton of hope for him on the ML level 

I'm not sure he barely missed.  According to the piece he was the highest ranked Oriole that didn't make the list.  That could put him at 101 or 150.
