They probably want something more long term. I'd bet Harvey/Stewart would get it done.

That won’t even get the conversation started. Harvey has too many health concerns.

The Royals are rebuilding.   They may want some the other young player the O's get for Manny.  Maybe one the the O's young outfielders like Hays, Stewart, Mullins or even Rifaela.  It will take a package to get Dufffy.

Duffy has 4 years/59 million left on his contract.  Really think the O's would take on that contract for a pitcher of his type?  Just askin'.

Good question.   I think the O's would pay that much considering the market but I am not sure they would do it for a pitcher with Duffy's injury history.  TJ surgery with arm and elbow problems since that.

I figure if Harvey didn't have health concerns then he'd be too much to offer. Duffy has his own health concerns.

I would love to get Duffy. He, Maeda, and Corbin, were three pitchers I'd hoped the Os might trade for.

Get two pitchers of this quality and I think the Os could absolutely compete for a wildcard spot.
