This team is a joke. The next time i need a good laugh, ill listen to the guys who say Alex Len is ready for the NBA. This guy could disappear in a glass house. Im going to bed. This team is not worth me losing sleep for. Losing to BC is embarrassing.

i only saw the second half and felt like Tony a number of times but saw it through to the end. This was a pathetic loss and the coaching staff and players deserve each other. Poor efforts on everyones part. Is there a game plan when you get behind by more than 5 with less than 2 minutes to go? more than 7? more than 9? Why are we driving for layups that are getting blocked most of the second half and need several threes to get back in the game? Finally Aronholt starts firing them up again trying to get us back. We get back I believe to seven with the clock winding down under a minute and we are still driving for layups. Why?

BC goes up by 4 and then 7 and no timeout? Finally 11...timeout. I may be off a little bit with these details but I'm pretty close.

Who were our top two scorers against Duke on Saturday? If my memory is correct Len had 19 and Allen had 16. What would you expect them to score tonight. 10 each? Maybe?......4 each tonight. Really. Len looked like a guy that just walked on the court for the first time tonight. He could not make a lay up, he could not throw a pass without it being intercepted and was outrebounded on every play it seemed. Tallest guy on the court gets one basket and makes two foul shots.

I asked after the Duke game for someone to tell me what Nick Faust did offensively in high school? Nobody responded so I guess nobody saw him play. If he doesn't transfer to Loyola I will be surprised. He can't dribble, can't pass the ball, can't score and often plays out of control.

Almost every player has huge holes in their game. It's hard to watch. Dez Wells! What can you say about him. He smiles a lot......and he loves to drive in traffic against guys much taller who normally steal the ball from him or block his shots.

Turgeon did not come out to talk to Chris on the postgame radio show. Not surprised! He really was outcoached tonight and got poor performances from everyone that played except Aronholt who scored 26.

Wait! Don't give up....we are 18-8 and 6-7 in the ACC. The oddsmakers must love the Terps. You never know what's going to happen from one game to the next.

Seth Allen must have done something to get in Turgeon's doghouse. It seemed like he hardly played tonight, and the Terps could have used another scorer.

If Alex Len can't lead his team to the NCAAs then why would anybody think he's a lottery pick? Tonight he got outplayed by a collection of stiffs.

Aronhalt was the only guy who kept the Terps in the game but I have to wonder if his defensive deficiencies might have been a factor...BC's guards were able to drive to the basket way too many times.

There's no margin for error any more with this team--they needed to win 5 of 6 in my opinion after the Duke game, and now they need to win all 5. Don't see it happening.

I think part of Len's issues come from having no one to get him the ball in good spots. They have no PG. None. Len gets in good position pretty often, but the ball gets there late (or not at all). They had to let Seth Allen run the point against Duke, and he was beyond putrid. I don't think Len is ready for the NBA, but I think he's a lot better than he looks on most nights. And, if he played with a legit PG he'd be outstanding. And, even if he's not ready, he's > 7', athletic, and strong...he'll be a lotto pick.

I'm not a basketball scout obviously, but Len's problems look much deeper than just a lack of PG or other bigs. I don't see a go to shot and although some people talk about his hands being soft, I see a guy who struggles to pull down rebounds in traffic. The biggest problem I have with the guy is sometimes he just looks like he doesn't try very hard. He doesn't like to bang underneath and as soon as a guy of similar height gets on him defensively he struggles to get inside for a shot and prefers to fall away or pass it out. BC had no one of his size last night and he was invisible. There is no excuse at all. If a guy is going to be a lottery pick, he can't get dominated by lower level ACC bigs. I know he's get potential, but if he does go tothe NBA, I hope they are willing to wait awhile because he won't be ready to play in the NBA and without regular playing time, I don't know how he gets better.

By the way, I've been a big Turgeon supporter but these kinds of games really start having me wondering whether he's that good of a coach overall. He certainly seems to have a hard time motivated his players to even give a good effort consistently. Gary Williams may have been a lazy recruiter, and his team's lacked talent, but his team's rarely didn't show up. Either Turgeon is recruiting the wrong kinds of guys or he's struggling to find a way to motivate this group of guys. That effort last night was pitiful on all accounts outside of Arronault.
